The risks and consequences of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs are serious. In Illinois, a person who has been arrested for DUI is required to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Whether you were arrested for DUI or you simply want help, we are here for you.

DUI Classes

Risk Education & Out Patient Treatment - The minimum recommendation to the Court or the Office of the Secretary of State related to each classification is as follows: Minimal Risk, Moderate Risk, Significant Risk or High Risk.

Evaluations for Non-DUI Cases

DUI & DWI Evaluations for Court

In Illinois, anyone arrested for alcohol and/or other drugs related DUI must undergo evaluation to determine the extent of the defendant's alcohol and/drug use.

DUI & DWI Evaluations for Driver's License Reinstatement

An Alcohol/Drug Evaluation Uniform Report must be submitted subsequent to your most recent DUI arrest.
